Dangerous driving and traffic light timing

This junction needs the timing changed on the traffic lights. It in near impossible to turn right onto Coastal Road from Liverpool Road as traffic from Formby Bypass travel at speed through red lights. There is insufficient time to turn right before the lights change on the other side of the junction. This is very dangerous and an accident waiting to happen.
