Road surface dangerously rutted (East Ruston - Munn's Lane - U19147)

Look at the photographs! Much of the southern section of the road is heavily rutted, with considerable differences in height between different parts of the width of the road surface, in places, as demonstrated in the photos. Moreover, this is largely concealed by surface vegetation. The cyclist in the first photo considers the surface too hazardous to ride along, and is therefore having to walk with the cycle, instead.
