Sent to Uttlesford District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6471008.

No passage through either side. Left the vehicle to deliver parcels to near-bye properties. When driver eventually turned up i asked him to move his vehicle he responded and stated he pays his road tax!!
