Traffic is made worse here by not having arrows on lanes

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6470533.

Cars exit the roundabout from 2 lanes of the roundabout. There are no lines or arrows on the roundabout. Traffic is slowed by the roundabout and slowed further by the merging from both lanes into the A40 westbound exit. Could there please be a left turn only arrow on the left lane and a right arrow on the right lane so cars don't also try to merge here and exit from the righthand lane. This would hopefully make the traffic flow better.
