Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6470248.

I was waiting for over 10 mins, the person in front decided to do a u turn and go the other way whereas I took a chance and went through along with others who followed me and there was enough room for cars to pass either side. This needs sorting asap before there is an accident.
