Unnecessary Temporary Traffic Lights

These traffic lights have been holding up traffic (both ways) on the busy A226 all week! It looks like a small repair was carried out early in the week ON THE GRASS VERGE and the cones & temporary lights have been left in the road! The cones and the lights are the only things obstructing the normal use of the road
