Very loud metal inspection cover

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6467635.

Outside 665 Wells Road, opposite David's Road, the metal inspection cover is rocking and is extremely loud every time a heavy vehicle goes over it. Residents cannot sleep during the night as it is too loud. Can someone please have a look?
