Constant parking on double yellow lines at entrance/exit to flats

Cars and large work vans constantly park at the flat entrance, both sides, on double yellow lines. One has a trailer attached to it. It is very hard coming out of the flats when the cars/vans are parked here as you cannot see up or down the road. When you pull out you are committed and can’t pull back into the pathway is always busy with young children going to/from the local school at end of road. This is really dangerous and there is going to be an accident here before long. Can you please do something about this to stop the parking right on the entrance? It’s so dangerous
