Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6465367.

The footpath on Warner Road, in the area of the railway bridge and in particular on the left hand side of the road as you walk up it from Pretoria Avenue, is partly blocked due to overgrowing vegetation. The vegetation itself is growing on open land and is not from a private garden.
