'Slow' paintwork on road not visible

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6465285.

The 'Slow' paintwork on Dungells lane was earmarked over 2 years ago to be enhanced (as markings on road indicated this)

This was never done, and the 'slow' on the road is not visible. It's right before to a school crossing electronic sign that is also blocked by trees. Further adding to danger on this dark tree lined school road.
