Cark parked on pavement outside my property
Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6464984.
My upstairs neighbour has been doing this for the best part of a year. We have a disabled boy in a wheelchair and not only is it blocking his school bus from parking outside, the car is also obstructing access to the pavement for him to come up and down the street in his chair. My neighbour also has a driveway which they refuse to use.
