The (lime) tree outside no. 108 Caldeott Rd, on the grass verge is overhanging the carriageway on both sides (substantially below 4m) and also the pavement (substantially below 2.5m). This issue has been ongoing - a year plus.
Is there any update on this?

This is STILL unresolved. Your own highways act/requirements for overhanging vegetation is being ignored. Please could you look to adhere to your own obligations - it would be appreciated.

This is now unresolved for a second year; please could someone look to "easily fix this problem"?
The overhang is well beliw your own 4m requirement. It is overhanging so badly that the grass cutting can now not be completed satisfactorily.
Finally, the overhang at the crossing point is causing obstruction to visibility which, as a safety issue on this busy school pupil route, should be resolved as soon as possible.
I hope you will be able to finally resolve the issue this year. Many thanks!!
