    How is it not illegal for cars to park in front of a private drive? I was blocked in my own home for over 3 hrs & my daughter missed college because some entitled, thoughtless arse took it upon himself to park his BMW across our driveway!!! Naturally the highways agency did nothing, or rather did not inform me if they did (number plate clearly visible in photo evidence provided).
