Whole street footways covered in weeds ,grass and potholes

Weeds and grass growing along every footpath in Bellfield Street , large pothole outside 166 where rats are coming up at night , dog dirt eveywhere on street along RAPA side , footpaths were temp tarmacd but now has all came lose , The actual road at top of Bellfield street at Duke street is dangerous to cross as you have to avoid large potholes when crossing the road , overall the street is a total disgrace
