Bollard has been knocked over.

Bollard directly outside of the king street brew house has been knocked over. The issue has only been a problem for one day and It's not clear what has caused the issue but it's now slightly blocking the walk way outside of the business. it has also made some of the ground around the bollard uneven, potentially causing a trip hazard. This is also potentially a more serious issue as there are a lot of people who have been drinking at the local pubs on king street using this walkway.

    Bollard has now been removed by local business as it was completely out of the ground and an additional hazard. There is now a large hole and dangerous trip hazard which needs urgent attention
