Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6459580.

A recent FOI response explained that you have no records of ever litter picking the A1 from Wothorpe to Wittering. I want to know why you are ignoring your environmental responsibilities that were issued to you many years ago by DEFRA? National Highways have had this section of road closed multiple times over the last couple of years giving you a perfect example to use these closures to litter pick safely and cost effectively. Why has this not happened? Why are you telling me incorrect information? I'm also still awaiting a response from Charlotte Palmer?
