Who would have believed it? Give planning permission for a restaurant to open with known parking problems situated adjacent to double yellow lines and the clients of that restaurant use those double yellow lines as their personal parking spaces.

No not fixed. Nothing has been done for about a year now. They park wherever they please. In these pictures you can actually see the branded van of the primitive butcher shop. Proudly defying British laws in the knowledge that we are a soft touch.
