Sent to Warwickshire County Council 1 minute later
On the highway grass verge on the Environment Agency side of the road there is a large clump of Japanese Knotweed which is mown by the contractors cutting the verges. This will cause the notifiable species to spread further. It has been there at least a year with no sign of treatment or containment.
