Signage obscuring visibility

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6454254.

At this location the cycle path turns through 90 degrees. The junction has fencing to which adverts for Witney Feast have been attached. These signs reduce the visibility for cyclists approaching the corner, making the junction dangerous. Can the signage please be removed ASAP as this junction has very limited visibility, which has been significantly reduced.
