Inconsiderate parking

Everyday there is a white van and other cars belonging to the same household fully parked on pavement.

This prevents children and disabled wheelchair users from safely using pavement and forced to walk on the road. Ongoing for over 12 months.

There need to be bollards installed to prevent people parking at the tight junction. Please do something LCC
