Why is this road still waiting to be repaired?

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6453755.

I have reported this section of road a number of times now you have been out and marked the road out yet nothing since. Why was the junction of Applegarth repaired and not the rest? For goodness sake repair the road before the weather gets bad and do the job you are highly paid to do!!!
