Send down a team who is responsible for Paths, trees, fencing, lighting and peoples health and safety. Children walk around here all the time the area is a disaster. All the trees need topping, trees need cutting back, new lights which are actual lights. this is a underground section which is not safe for the public. Money goes into council tax for this exact purpose.
