Loose water manhole cover in pavement

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6453032.

There is a loose grey circular manhole cover in the pavement outside #31 Croft Road. This is labelled "Water". The cover pivots if stepped on and is a trip hazard. I have just seen a woman fall as she stepped on the loose cover.
