Kayak hire company blocking public slipway and parking

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6449992.

The kayak hire company are once again parking their unaccompanied trailer on the double yellow lines and blocking the public slipway. Their two large white Mercedes vans are also often parked on the double yellow lines, yet further blocking the public slipway.
