Car been parked for over a year hasn’t moved and has weeds growing round it

Vehicle BV14UCX has been parked for a year not moved in that time and has had no tax since 1st July 2024. There are weeds growing round it. Reported to DVLA by a number of residents but nothing done.

Car still sitting there untaxed with weeds growing round it, reported by a number of residents in the coil-de-sac since July. Owner now has another car parked with a broken windscreen, that makes a total of three cars, one van and a caravan that are not used.
