Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6446939.

Large Van parking on double yellow lines at turn in to Surbiton Close. Same van owner parks over path blocking wheelchair accessibility. This has been reported several times. Needs watching and sorting.
