Damaged/dirty traffic sign

The traffic sign on the cycle/pedestrian track which tells cyclists and pedestrians where cyclist can go and where pedestrians can go is dirty/damaged in a way that you can't see anymore what it says, which leads to pedestrians walking on the wrong side. This wouldn't be so much of a problem if the painted on cycles on the cycle part would be visible, but these are so worn down that you can't really see them anymore.
