Hedge overgrown and into public pathway behind bungalows causing issues for the elderly owners who live here.it belongs to heathers nursing home which is council run I believe residents have complained to heathers nursing home but always rude women who is manager and nothing gets done.they cut the entrance to heathers what paying patients see.but residents out of sight have to put up with it
