Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 644575.

Earlier I walked down to Castle Hill Ave, and the whole way both sides is just litter strown (went via Sandgate Road.) Also, corner pavement area on corner by benches, knee deep in cig butts!

Updates

Problems unsolved. Nappies, dog mess, litter in gutters, gutter full of weeds, even some kind of medical bag thing. Awful mess constantly!
