Over grown tree

Sent to Tower Hamlets Borough Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 644545.

Tree is far too over grown, growing towards property no.19, also causing problems with the cars as birds flock to it and then leave their deposits all over the cars in large amounts causing erosion to bodywork.

I suspect your council will have a similar policy to Richmond: http://www.richmond.gov.uk/ home/ services/ parks_and_open_spaces/ trees/ council_owned_trees.htm#blocking_light as theirs is similar to the others that I have found that go into any detail.
