Trees overhanging 94 Broadmoor Lane

Large birch and norwegian maple overhanging house and obscuring signal to the satellite dish, meaning we can no longer watch television. Our retaining wall along the side of the house is also being affected due to the size of the trees. The two norwegian maples are also looking a bit poorly as they have dead branches but i believe the inspector is due to come and take a look in the next month. All of the trees that are overhanging the property have grown really large and they could do with a decent trim back. Could this please be looked at as soon as possible?
