Blocked drain down Caswall ride This is resulting in water pouring down to Bannister Gardens where we are seeing continuous flooding taking place. We have been told that the drains are clear however this is not the case as the the only drain on Caswall ride is blocked and overflowing constantly. There doesn’t seem to be enough drains to take the water flowing down caswall into bannister gardens
