Dangerous Paving

Sent to Enfield Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6441809.

The paving is sinking dangerously all over this estate (beyond 3cm) creating significant trip hazards for the blind, partially-sighted and elderly. A fall for an elderly person can easily be fatal. These paving's don't meet regulations and should be investigated. Berkeley Homes is using cheap, unvetted labour and we believe pay Enfield Council to turn a blind eye. Stunningly The Manager of the Planning Enforcement Team, said he and his team have no power to force Berkeley Homes to meet compliance whatsoever. They don't even answer emails until the local councillors request they answer them. The estate is dangerous and has many health and safety violations throughout.
