Dangerous Road Surface

Sent to Enfield Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6441781.
At 3 locations along Snakes Lane, A single arterial road to the entire development at Berkeley Homes Trent Park. Snakes lane has these seriously dangerous parts of the road which are already slippery in rain for cyclists and motorcyclists. Serious injury could occur if they fall off, there are no barriers at parts of these roads and so have the potential to fall from a height of up to 3 meters into the river way or fall into barbed wire (placed by Enfield Council). This carries the risk of serious injury or death. This must be addressed asap. Failure to do so will find this record given in evidence to remove any immunity from Liability. I believe the owner is Berkeley Homes North East Ltd.
Updates
-
The owner of this road Berkeley Homes North East ltd, have promised to get this road audited by professionals since over a year ago and continue to make such promises. They also say they will repair it before they leave this year. But because they are well beyond budget and because of their cutting corners behaviours of which we have a lot of evidence we suspect they are going to cut and run. The above limited company has £1 to its name and was mostly running dormant most of the time whilst selling properties. So they are well protected. I can't see this getting fixed. I just hope it doesn't result in a tragic accident for somebody. Of course Enfield council unwilling to help because there's no under the table money for them.
