Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6440314.

The crew were here on Mon, and it's been lying (empty) ever since.

Unusually, someone placed all the bins on the pavements early am, and only later came back to empty & return them to back courts. As an easy recipe for confusion.

As no one has claimed it as theirs ie missing since Monday, please remove it before it gets filled, spilled and/or set alight. Thanks.
