Damaged wall now obstructing path

The wall going into oldbury court was previously damaged and had tape around it. Earlier today it was passable on my outbound cycle ride, the home bound cycle ride an hour later made it very difficult to access as the wall has now fully collapsed, pushchairs and larger bikes will not pass.
