Hole in footpath filled with road signs and rubbish

Whilst taking part in a voluntary clean up we came across this disgusting scene in Stanley Street near Paisley Road West. It appears to be a hole in the pavement filled wihh th all sorts of rubbish and concrete and road signs. According to a local resident it’s been like this for almost a year but not sure about that myself.

There is a double mattress and various roads dept detritus still there but the hole itself has been filled.
