Dead tree in amongst the fence

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6436204.

There is a tree behind the houses on southlands road and by the allotments, the council replaced a fence around the tree last year, but the tree that is amongst this is now dead and needs attention, it is a tall tree and is between other trees.
