Danger heavy bin fallen over

I just picked up this bin because it had fallen over.it’s a major hazard as it’s very heavy and can be pushed over easily. it needs replacing! This street (Russell town avenue) needs a couple of bins as kids at school generate a lot of rubbish. Be proactive please! The street needs cleaning too. Unsurprisingly litter everywhere!
