Forgotten temporary roadworks signs

Signs have been left around the village after the completion of the works, the one in the picture is reversed so does not reflect and is on the zigzag of a pedestrian crossing, there is another laid down by the bicycle shop in the square that is a trip hazard and another by the village hall, there are no doubt more around the village. As a matter of urgency before they cause an incident can you arrange for them to be collected. Do you fine the contractors/utilities who do this?
