Ashbee Gardens, Herne Bay. Green wheelie bin and food waste not collected on scheduled day (Wednesday) yet again. This has been happening for weeks - if they can't do it then why don't they change our collection day. Having all these bins around for days, full of rotting waste, does nothing to enhance the neighbourhood.
