Inadequate road signs

On at least 6 separate occasions I have witnessed vehicles driving down the right handside of Central carpark into oncoming traffic. Same applies to the left side..Cars coming up on right hand site are going around the corner by the Pavillion where oncoming traffic cannot see them. There are keep left signs at each end of cental car park but needs No Entry signs. The signs aren't enough, confusing for drivers as road on either side is very wide. I know you have looked at area, no.723939- Q6K6K1 but after reading your plans , I think you may be looking in the area right by the front section of road infront of the Pavillion. I am talking about the area from the Storm cafe, the Pier hotel and the amusement arcade. You can't put lines in the middle as there is the central carpark and already small keep left signs, which don't stand out. As I mentioned No entry signs top and bottom. It's only been luck there haven't been accidents or someone knocked down. If you need to meet there so I can emphasise the problem, happy to do so.
