Concrete pillar positioned on a bend in a very narrow cyclepath causing accidents.

Caught it with my handlebars today and it threw me off. It's been there for years and needs removing as it's dangerous. Also hedgerows of neighbouring properties are overhanging it, reducing the space still further.

This pillar is a dangerous obstruction, my young son has had trouble trying to negotiate his bike around it and so have I.
