Cone in the road blocking lane

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6424966.

The location is the A426 - specifically the highway outside 87 Lutterworth Road, LE2 8F. There is a cone in the road that is blocking the lane. This is a busy main road and drivers need to use both lanes. It has been there for many months. It appears that it is on top of a broken drain cover. Please could you just fix and remove the cone. Thanks
