Massive Tree danger to people

Last year three people received broken backs thanks to poor maintenance of trees in the recreation ground adjacent. This tree is worse if it comes down it will wipe out the bungalow opposite it also blocks the pavement. Please only plant trees that remove pollution and remove the dangerous ones like this one.
