A Large Evergreen Conifer situated in the garden of Whitefields owner by Abingdon School Farringdon Road is creating nuisance overhang on the pavement side.Its also compromising overhead power cables above as the branches are jostling those now. it also obscures the sunset! Can an enforcement notice be sent to the Schools Ground Department possibly?
