Sent to Essex County Council and Uttlesford District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6421651.

Drain cover on inside of bend approx 80cmx30cm with slots facing in direction of travel. Creates a significant risk of serious injury to cyclists particularly in dark/wet conditions. If a wheel went into drain it could cause bike to immediately stop causing very serious injuries to cyclist
