Metal post missing to top of gate structure

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6421328.

Motorbikes (fast silent electric) racing around high ridge field entering and leaving Fern steed road entrance from the lane because there is a missing piece of metal on top of the gate structure. This has been missing for years and reported previously but has still not been replaced and necessary to prevent this behaviour safeguarding members of the pubic and especially school children when using the lane to Bishopsworth School.
