Abandoned cars that have crash damage

There are 4 cars parked on street where we stay I have uploaded photos there cars have been sitting on street for 2 months and not moved all 4 cars have damaged I have spoke to the local garages and none of them own the cars they say they have been dumped there These cars need moved there is no tax or mot on them they all have damage to them that could injure a pedestrian There is 2 red cars a blue one and a white one across the road
