Footpath /cycle track being flooded by resident

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6417216.

A social housing resident is deliberately flooding the footpath / cycle path that runs round the back of Nuffield close down to Broadway. This has been happening all summer resulting in the inability to get past or for cyclists getting wet and muddy, it has also made the area very unpleasant
